3-40 hours / week - starting at $23/hr
We’ll set up a contract between a nanny and you, customized to your preferences and flexible if needed.

Cost-effective, community-building option. One nanny takes care of the kids of 2 or 3 different families, in the home of one of the family’s.
2 kids: starting at $13.50/hr per child
3 kids: starting at $10.67/hr per child
*The nannyshare option allows for no more than one infant.

We offer private care and shared care, meaning sharing a nanny and cost with another family.
We partner with families to create this worker-owned cooperative to strengthen our economy and build protections for our under-resourced communities. With your contribution, you receive safe and trusted childcare service, grow a just economy, and provide benefits for your nanny like dental, vision care and sick time off. As a cooperative we carry general liability insurance to protect all involved in case of an unforeseen event.
The worker-owners of Careshare OC are committed to continuous professional development. As of now, all nannies are CPR certified and trained in non-violent parenting, communication, and early childhood development. Our nannies are also Spanish-speaking, allowing Spanish immersion for your child(ren). Our member administrator is also available to you and your nanny to help in transition, communication and anything in between.

You can expect a response from our member administrator within 4 business days, who will review your information and schedule an in-person or virtual meeting to discuss your needs further. In this meeting, you can expect to agree on payment, discuss any questions you may have, and see the bios for all nannies matching your specifications. You'll be able to interview the nann(ies) you select, and once you have mutually agreed to work together, we will draft a contract for you to both sign.
