We provide a variety of engaging materials including toys, games, arts and crafts, team-building activities, books, and creative play. We can also provide snacks upon request, making it easy for families and organizations to enjoy a seamless, fun-filled childcare experience.
Age Appropriate Care
We bring age-appropriate toys, games, and activities to keep each group engaged, learning, and having fun in a safe and supportive environment. For larger groups, we may divide children by age to provide care that best fits their developmental needs.
Safety
Safety is our top priority. Parents or guardians must remain nearby and accessible at all times while care is being provided. We prefer a ratio of 3-5 children per childcare provider to provide the best quality care. Every Careshare OC childcare provider is certified in CPR and First Aid, so families can feel confident their children are in capable, prepared hands.

Our rates are $35/hr per childcare provider. Pricing is negotiable for recurring services, long-term contracts, and volume bookings. We'd be happy to create a customized package to fit your needs.
Additional travel fees apply for services outside a 15-20 mile radius of Santa Ana.

A designated space for the childcare service that is large enough to comfortably accommodate the expected number of children, with accessible restrooms located nearby.
The space should include tables and chairs, along with any additional amenities you would like to provide for the children, such as a television, speakers, or other age-appropriate activities and resources.

The client organization will typically provide snacks based on the children’s needs and/or parent requests. Careshare can also provide snacks for an additional cost. We always request information regarding any allergies, dietary restrictions, or food preferences to help ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
If a child needs to use the restroom, Careshare staff can accompany them to the restroom entrance. If a child requires assistance while using the restroom, a parent or designated guardian will be required to be present to provide support.

Yes! Depending on the number of infants and toddlers attending, additional childcare providers may be required to ensure we can appropriately support the needs of this age group.

We collect allergy information and emergency contact details for all children and ensure that each child is checked out to their authorized caregiver at the end of the service. The organization booking the service is also asked to assist with facilitating communication with parents during the event in the event that any special concerns or situations arise.
All of our childcare providers are certified in First Aid and CPR.
