COVID-19 Policies

  • We encourage communication and transparency from both sides. We will facilitate a conversation between client and childcare provider about mask use and vaccination preferences.

We encourage both sides to communicate with each other as soon as possible if symptoms of illness are present for either party.

  • You can see the vaccination status of each nanny on the Meet the Nannies page.

Nannies will wash their hands throughout their shift and help your children to wash their hands as needed.

If nannies begin to feel symptoms consistent with COVID-19 during their shift, we will provide a substitute nanny for no extra cost, so they can go home and rest as soon as possible.

  • If a nanny becomes symptomatic or tests positive for COVID-19, clients will be notified immediately and be able to take appropriate action.
